National Sales Manager - Medical Devices

Our client is a leading global healthcare organisation with a well established brand name and a great leadership team. Headquartered in UK, they have operations spread over 45 countries with a network of 1 million plus employees worldwide. Growing at a rapid double digit rate, they are currently looking for qualified professionals to help them expand their operations in India

Description : 

The position will report to Chief Commercial Officer in the organisation. The Key Areas of Responsibilities are:

- Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives

- Lead a Pan-India team of sales people

- Ability to guide and mentor the team from time to time

- Forecasting accuracy for Sales

- Monitor budgets to ensure that expenditures remain within parameters

- Develop new business in line with the market growth plan

- Participate in short and mid term strategic planning for the business

Profile: 

You must have atleast 10 plus years of relevant Sales experience in a reputed organisation. Should have handled sales of a region /or as ZSM in at least two zones. Must also hold a graduation degree in B.Pharm / B.Tech / B. Sc along with Masters in Business Administration
