- Achievement of targets as per plan
- Manage business & distribution for Loan Against Property product for all the locations within the country (ticket size above 50 lacs)
- Ensure product profitability & manage delinquency within acceptable limits
- Manage Cross-sell & Up-sell of products (to existing & new customers of LAP)
- Deliver on the weighted IRR target for the region
- To ensure <24 month delinquencies remains Nil
- Manage employee productivity under facilitation
- Managing channel partners, vendors
- Experience of executing campaigns and marketing activity on a large scale
- Strategize & develop product, policies in conjugation with other departments to build a healthy portfolio
- Ability for collection in case of any of assigned customer going delinquent
- Display strong understanding of customer business
- Ability to comprehend risk inherent to customer business
- In-depth knowledge of processes & policies
