- People management role of a National Sales Manager, managing relationships with top hospitals (Key accounts) & direct sales to the hospitals


- Develop relationships with the CXOs of the key corporate hospitals

Description :

- Develop a strategy for institutional sales in the private hospital sector


- Stay updated with all the developments such as changed in terms & conditions, criteria for selection of products & prices, by liaising with formulatory heads, CEOs/CXOs & KOLs


- Know the decision makes and the influencing network for the Key Accounts identified

Profile :

- Ideal candidate should demonstrate knowledge of healthcare market, with the ability to develop relationships with the institutional customers


- Candidate should demonstrate excellent account management & negotiation skills.

- Leadership skills to lead a high-performance team of experienced Key Account Managers to drive growth
