Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage sales team and channel to achieve sales goal as per organization's strategy

- Lead nation-wide sales team to achieve annual sales targets

- Handle Pan India distribution channel and through them manage network of dealers

- Ensure category and channel development happens as per defined target

- Conduct a thorough review of sales performance and analyse market trends and devise growth plan accordingly

- Manage and oversee daily operations of sales department

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual sales forecast

- Perform research and identify new market opportunities

- Carry out quality team development

- Liaison with marketing and planning department to ensure brand image and consistency

Skills Required:

- Strong analytical skills & problem-solving attitude

- Ability to handle ambiguous and conflicting work situations

- Take initiatives and show enthusiasm at work

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership skills

- Team handling ability (direct reports: 5 - 6 & indirect reports: 12 - 13)
