National Sales Manager- General Trade - FMCG/ Personal Care
Currently we are looking for National Sales Manager for one of the Reputed FMCG Organization. Looking for seasoned sales professional having experience into FMCG / OTC / Food industry and have exposure to North/West/Pan India Markets. Candidate should have Min 14 - 20 years of experience in Sales in FMCG industry.
- Developing & Implementing sales strategies for developing & increasing market share & profitability on sustainable basis in line with annual business plan.
- Developing the Pan India sales plan from the overall business strategy, targets and expenses budget and thereafter monitoring and analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- To Direct the sales team & help them in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily target.
- To Motivate & direct sales team to establish distribution and display objectives to meet sales target.
- To plan & implement sales promotions.
- Have a clear Focus on channel likegeneral trade to build distribution,Visiablity & volumes.
- Create a culture of success & ongoing business & goal achievement.
- Reviews the cascaded sales strategy to Sales teams of various products and channels; Provides inputs to ensure adequate stretch.
- Develops the capabilities to take on higher responsibilities while performing the given / in-charge responsibilities at various levels within the Sales Department.
- Overseeing the functions pertaining to Personal care product sales, training and marketing promotion.
- Strategic planning and implantation of Sales and Marketing initiatives.
Education & Qualifications :
Post Graduate in MBA/PGDM from a Premier B School, From (1999 to 2003 Batch Pass-out) Minimum 14 years of work experience in Personal Care
