Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:-
- Determining the business strategy and meeting targets along with shaping the organization for future challenges
- Develop and implement the sales and distribution strategies
- Managing business plans to ensure that the revenue and profit targets are achieved
- Working closely with the marketing team and develop the go to strategy
- Developing strategy for increasing sales figures
- Managing the dealer relationships and key accounts
Profile
The ideal candidate should come with 12+ years of experience in Footwear/consumer industry. The candidate should have strong distribution experience and knowledge of other channels as well.
