National Sales Manager for an MNC Foods Ingredients organization


We are a leading, professionally managed Executive Search organization engaged in identifying Senior Talent for our clients who are World-Renowned MNC & Indian Enterprises across diverse verticals. We do placements across functions and across India.

Our clients are a Leading Global MNC Foods Ingredients organization based in Hyderabad and having its operations across all major cities in India. They have profitable & growing operations and plan to double their turnover this year.

Our clients are looking for an accomplished National Sales Manager to be based in Hyderabad and take ownership of Indian markets. Will report to the India Business Head and lead a sales team of 20+.

Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Profile :

1. Achieve sales targets through existing and new clients with a team. Ensure Profitable and Sustainable

2. Identify New Opportunities and convert to business

3. Identify new applications for existing products; Acquire New Customers + New Business from existing customers

4. Work closely with HORECA clients and their teams and coordinate with in-house technical support for existing offerings and introduction of new products

5. Coordinate with other functions including SCM, logistics, After-Sales service

6. Strengthen business relationships in designated territory across segments

7. Manage relationships with existing Distributors

8. Expand Geographically in a phased Manner:

9. Ensure all commercial policies by the company are adhered to and in time

10. Identify product and customer trends

Candidate Profile :

1. MBAs from premier institutes / Hotel Management with 12 - 20 years of relevant experience in HORECA and distributor management

2. Strong commercial & contract management experience

3. Strong team management experience

- The position is expected to be closed in the next 4 weeks. Candidates with lesser experience can be considered for RSM positions.
