National Sales Manager - FMCG Startup

- The candidate will be leading the sales pan india (General Trade plus Modern Trade) for this FMCG start up

- Will be working along side the founding team in devising the sales strategy

Description :

- Lead the channel sales (general trade and modern trade)

- Help in the sales strategy

- Lead the sales team pan india, add more markets

Profile :

- Must have- candidate needs to be from one of the top 10 B-Schools ( 2014- 2015 batches)

- FMCG sales experience specifically general trade and a modern trade stint as well

- Excellent communication

- Should be driven, someone who can take initiative and lead a team, work in a start up culture
