National Sales Manager - FMCG/Consumer Durable (3-10 yrs)
Job Summary:
- Business Development Specialist with experience in FMCG-FMCD sales of B2C/B2B channels across multiple Tier1-2 cities in India
- Strong business acumen & entrepreneurial mind-set is desirable to translate successful account strategy into business results
- LifeStraw MAX is a game-changer in the field of water tech for underserved communities in rural areas of the least developed states & urban areas of Tier1-2 cities & to be able to market the product in both channels in a key requirement
Job Responsibilities:
- Familiar with sourcing prospect contact information using tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, SalesNavigator, etc.
- Work closely on strategies and directions for Alliances & Partnerships that would amplify business
- Manage end to end partner relationships - conversation, negotiation, contracting and execution
- Be responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets
- Develops compelling, value-proposition presentations
- Recruit, develop and manage relationships with relevant distributors in the B2B, B2C segment
Qualification:
- 3+ years of Sales Experience in B2C &/or B2B
- Experience in Executive-Level Customer Engagement and ability to comprehend, utilize & communicate technical information
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership
- MBA or B-Tech/M-Tech from Tier 1 colleges in India preferred
