The role is to oversee the Pan India Sales and monitor a professional team for quality achievements.

This role would be responsible for the following challenges:

1. To prepare and launch new category of products in the RTE / Food segment.

2. Will select region wise Sales team and clearly devise Sales policies and targets

3. Will analyze and appoint area wise distributors / Stockists as per shortlist by respective Regional Managers.

4. Closely interact with the operations team for timely dispatch of products to various channels to augment support to both Primary / Secondary sales

5. Continuously travel to Pan India locations to enlarge territory sales and also closely motivate Sales teams for firm target achievements.

6. Closely interact with marketing team for implementation of both ATL / BTL activities for sales support.

7. Ensure proper Sales planning region wise is submitted on a monthly / quarterly basis for supporting production planning.

Those having proven Pan India Sales experience from the FMCG INDUSTRY ONLY WOULD FIT INTO THIS ROLE. Ideally if the incumbent is from Confectionery, Food, RTE, Snacks would be given preference.
