Job Specification/ Description Role:

A National Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring that a company's sales objectives across all regions in the country are met. This is a senior position that involves supervising the entire sales team of the organization. As a national sales manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers both internal and external.

Responsibility:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for GT, MT, and Beauty Channel

- Lead PAN nationwide senior sales team members to achieve sales targets

- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

- Process design, implement and integration to support large national level sales.

- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers, KAM, and Business

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

- Strategic and leadership thought process ad align with management and business objective

- People management and Training vertical management.

- Liaise with various stake holders like finance, Marketing and Product Development departments, SCM, Operations etc to ensure brand consistency Stay up to date with new product launches

Experience:

- Good knowledge in excel, macros, MIS is required

- Need someone with the minimum experience of 18- 20 years and from FMCG industry with Personal care and beauty channel

- At least 5 years exp in managing PAN India Sales handling large sales volume.

- Exposure to working in a startup is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/ Postgraduate
