National Sales Manager - FMCG (15-17 yrs)
Managerial Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible to monitor competitive activities and devise effective strategies for business growth.
- Setting the Goals for the Team and help them to achieve the Goals by Mentoring and coaching.
- Target achievement by a regional manager, area manager and their respective team.
- Distribution network exposure for the South and North is a must.
- Providing guidance and support to the team
- Make Sales Plans and Demand forecasts across categories & geographies and monitor the achievement of the same against the annual business plans.

Functional Competencies :
- South and North region experience in Food is Necessary
- Good distribution Channel Sales experience is MUST
- Planning & Forecasting skills
- Good commercial acumen, tech savvy, good business understanding & detail oriented of business & numbers
- Knowledge of Sales practices & trade
- Problem Solving & Decision making
- Knowledge of Customer Behavior
- Must be willing to travel extensively
