National Sales Manager - FMCD (15-25 yrs)
About Our Client
The client is one of the major FMCD giant. They have a wide variety of products in different ranges in different categories. They are looking for someone who can handle Pan India sales operations and lead a huge sales team.
Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Developing the distribution network in different segments and expansion of dealer network for retail sales / secondary sales implementation.
- Conceptualising and executing channel sales promotion schemes to increase the brand visibility, thereby preparing management level reporting on the brand's performance, needs and forecasts
- Monitoring the model wise product planning, sales &; inventory weekly basis and forecasting the channel/market requirement in advance based on demand &; the project in line
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping knowledge of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics, also evolving market segmentation &; penetration strategies to achieve targets
- Supervising new product management, complete product lifecycle and product rollouts; deploying suitable market research tools to gauge market trends &; competitor activities to gain the competitive edge on the market
- Managing marketing functions like product planning &; road maps, consultation, and business development as well as managing the pre-analysis data and post analysis of product launch
- Administering network expansion &; correction strategy, the appointment of reliable distributors/dealers, sales personnel and monitoring their performance, implementing control measures, through effective channel management strategy
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience in consumer durable and should have handled the minimum of two regions in the past. They are looking for someone with strong data analysis and data interpretation, sales forecasting and team management skills.
