Your responsibilities :&nbsp; - The role will involve owning sales targets across cities with Rupeek presence. - Aggressively build and scale offline demand channels to deliver targets - Work with city teams to monitor and drive field sales to build and strengthen the pipeline - Ensure demand funnels are robust and tracking to targets, identify and improve on components of the demand funnel - Use analytics and market insights to iterate on products and processes with the focus on customer satisfaction and sales efficiency - Scale offline demand with a focus on sales across cities - Scale key initiatives across offline demand - Iterate and improve on existing processes, including training and sales tools - Own periodic reviews of city teams - Work with cross-functional teams to drive demand requirements Apply if :&nbsp; - You have more than 4 years of experience in Telecom/FMCG in a similar role - You have the hunger and hustling ability required to perform well in startups - You are a graduate from top university (IIT, NIT, BITS, IIM, ISB)
