Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute PAN India sales strategy for enterprise vertical
- Own P&L responsibility for - 500Cr+ annual revenue target
- Lead market expansion into 8+ new cities annually
Team Building
- Manage 25- 30 direct reports (200+ indirect sales force)
- Implement tiered sales training academy for leadership pipeline
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews for all regional heads
Key Account Growth
- Personally handle 10+ marquee accounts (- 50Cr+ annual value)
- Establish C- suite relationships with top 50 developers nationally
- Design custom enterprise solutions (bulk deals, JVs, strategic partnerships)
Process Innovation
- Implement AI- driven sales forecasting system
- Redesign commission structures to boost high- ticket conversions
- Establish cross- functional war rooms for deal acceleration
Candidate Must Have:
- 18+ years B2B sales leadership in real estate/proptech/SaaS
- Managed - 1000Cr+ sales portfolio with 30%+ YoY growth
- Built and scaled 100+ member national sales organizations
- Executive MBA from Tier- 1 institute (preferred)
Performance Metrics:
- 90%+ forecast accuracy
- 85%+ account retention rate
- 40%+ contribution margin
- 30%+ team promotion rate
