National Sales Manager - Digital Media (8-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Actively pitching to brands and presenting them with creative brand solutions.
- Identify prospect needs, understand business drivers behind requests
- Lead and track your progress on revenue streams including direct and indirect channels.
- Interpret brief from clients to understand the Brand Positioning, Key Marketing Challenges, Brand/Initiative Objective and resources available (duration of activity, budgets available, other supports available etc.
- You will work with internal teams across content, ad-ops and data to create compelling solutions for clients including rollout plan, budgets, logistics etc.
- Ensure strict discipline in collections and a healthy cash flow as an output of your successful penetration.
- Monitor, analyze sales, market trends and develops an effective strategic sales plan.
- To meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals and customer retention targets.
- Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline via CRM
- Own the entire Order to Cash collection cycle for campaigns executed
- Execute in short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success
