National Sales Manager - Dealer Financing (8-16 yrs)
Job Description - National Sales Manager (Dealer Financing)
1. Developing the sales strategy for the business line, based on experience, market intelligence, market opportunities to enhance business numbers & profitability.
2. Responsible to deliver Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Operating Plan including functions revenue and costs budget
3. Responsible for achieving the business volumes FOR Own Books and other partners.
4. Conceptualise and implement the strategic plan to steer sustainable top-line growth while maintaining stringent overview of operating expenses.
5. Formulate strategic vision & road map for the Sales team and developing eco systems of new products for the target.
6. Managing pricing, revenue generation, product management, portfolio performance including budgetary, expansion and long-term business planning
7. Monitor, review & coach the sales team for achievement of sales objectives in line with the company's long-term goals - Build excellent & trusted relationships with existing and prospective dealerships for business development across the regions.
8. Engaging with the Dealer Financing teams to identify the top dealers in the mapped regions (Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze)
9. Engaging with Internal Stakeholders for consistent growth of DF as well as CTx business
10. Continual analysis of the portfolio to ensure a healthy book and taking appropriate steps in time to maintain good quality high margin business.
Key Requirements :
- Senior professional having 8+ years of experience spanning across Banking and Finance industry
- At least 3-5 years of Supply Chain/Inventory Funding with SME's
- Digital Lending exposure in recent career is preferred
