National Sales Manager - Credit Cards - NBFC (7-16 yrs)
- To plan, build and execute most cost effective & scalable telecalling and digital customer acquisition strategy for the credit card business.
- Lead large telecalling and field team, pan India, and deliver as per business operating plan
- To design, deliver and lead disruptive capabilities that would result in low COA and pan India scale
- Develop and execute robust insurance cross sell capability that would deliver outcomes in line with business operating plans
- Ensure that early MOB attrition and activation are in line with defined business operating plans
- Partner with Product, Risk, IT, Operations and Underwriting in planning and executing the overall customer acquisition plan
- Lead responsibility for the performance, motivation and development of the overall customer acquisition and insurance cross sell team
- Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
- Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
