They are looking for someone with channel sales experience in FMCG/ Consumer durable brand.
Description
Reporting to the Divisional head, you will be responsible for:
- Handling the Channel sales Pan India
- Expanding distribution network, and expand dealer base and expand sales as per Company strategy
- Maintaining discipline in the market in terms of market operating prices, prevent interstate movement of material
- Assisting Sales head in market development activities based on sales secondary data
- Giving timely and correct feedback of market situation to management with idea of improving the shortcomings
Profile
The candidate should have over 8- 12 years of experience in FMCG or Consumer Durable. An ideal candidate should be MBA from Top B school and have experience in regional sales, distribution channel management and meeting sales goal. Besides, the candidate should have strong team management capabilities and strong experience in new channel development and distributor management. The candidate should come with roll up sleeves attitude and willingness to take greater responsibility. Our client is looking for dynamic, aggressive and agile people with entrepreneurial spirit.
