- To lead, guide, and motivating a large sales & marketing team of Managers/ Area Managers/ Territory Managers, implementing marketing initiatives, and aggressively promoting, selling, and achieving planned targets. - To strategize, develop and propose Sales and Marketing plans annually, and ascertain the budgets. - To propose strategies and revenue generation modules to achieve the budgets and implementation of the same. - To explore opportunities and business potential in terms of markets, customers and products. - Implement Territory optimization and Sales Force Guidance plans for sales team. - To focus on capability/skill set enhancement of sales force. - To enhance the customer reach and extend expert advice and support to the frontline sales team. - As a management team member, to address matters pertaining to the company as a whole at a macro level. - To monitor, review and achieve the sales figures on Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly basis.
