National Sales Manager - Channel Sales - Speciality Chemical Manufacturing (15-22 yrs)
Job Description :
- Develop sales strategy (including budget/forecast) to achieve profitable growth.
- Formulate and communicate distributor strategy. Set targets for Distributors.
- Monitor & control Selling & Administration (S&A) expenses and account receivables.
- Responsible for the cash flow and outstanding payment collection from the customers
- Drive sales team through coaching, mentoring and effective performance management.
- Manage the sales force and ensure employee development programs in his/her respective area
- Partner with the customer to bring in innovations in products and services.
- New Opportunity generation and effective usage of CRM in his/her team.
- Customer & Product Mapping, Market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Engage with the leadership team of top customers to market offerings/value propositions.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 15 - 20 years of Industrial Sales experience (Distribution/Channel sales and Business Development) in Industrial Lubricants/ Cutting Tools/ Abrasives/ Adhesive/Consumables space at Regional, Zonal or PAN India level. Experience of managing high performance sales team across different territories
