National Sales Manager - Business Development
- Hiring for a leading Ed Tech company based out of Mumbai. The role would be reporting to their Delhi office.
- To lead team of Regional Managers on national level to achieve desired Sales numbers through College Connect activities & ACP Management.
- Plan & strategize achievement of yearly targets.
- Team Management, conducting team Trainings and administering team to achieve larger objectives of the organization
- Strategizing and planning national Sales activities for increasing Reach thru college Connect and ACP management
- Ensuring Leads generated through various sources viz. BTL activities, webinars, seminars, online campaigns, data base etc.
- Work closely with regional managers & BD Sales team, motivating and coaching them to ensure Achievement of product wise target.
- Hosting Team meetings
- Keeping up to date with business development and new product lines
- Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members
- Use company methodology, team input and own initiative to ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved
- Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary
- Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction
- Support the business heads to deliver business targets and objectives and create a performance orientated culture
- Keep up to date with any industry changes affecting the business and relaying this knowledge back to the team
- Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies
- Escalate any appropriate problems to senior management
- Handling MIS system and sharing reports on time.
- Responsible for achieving individual admission targets.
- Responsible for achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiry to admissions. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual student admission budgets.
Requirements :
- Team management experience & Coaching and communication skills
- Overall 18+ years of experience with Minimum of 3 years' experience of leading the National level Sales team is a must
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong coaching and people-development skills
- Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
- Energetic and motivating individual & Creative thinking
- Effective communication Skills, Listening Skills, Sales skills and pleasing personality
- He would be in charge of setting goals for others to achieve, hence he has to be an achiever too
