National Sales Manager

Position: National Sales Manager

Reports to: Business Head

Team Size: 4 - 5

Location: Mumbai

Education - MBA, CA

CTC - 60 Lacs pa

Job Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales target through a team of people

- Achieve AUM targets as agreed at the beginning of every financial year

- Manage team's profitability for long term sustainability of the function.

- Nurture and motivate the team continuously scale up its performance and performance capabilities.

- Empanel national distributors / IAFs to sell the investment management schemes through a team of people

- Ensure that sales are generated through a judicious mix of external channel partners, internal sales channel and direct clients.

- Plan overall strategy of the Sales function and ensure that it is in alignment with the overall organization's objectives

- Achieve set targets through designed strategy

- Keep monitoring & reviewing strategy on ongoing basis

- Liaising with senior management and the Business Head to arrive at clear objectives for the department

- Resource planning for Sales Team

- Facilitating the Liaising of Sales team with investment team to enable client interaction & information

- Facilitating the Liaising of Sales team with Operations team to ensure smooth functioning between department & operations

- Ensure proper compliance with respect to all channel partners - distributors / clients etc.

- Ensure all activities is as per proper compliance internally and as per regulatory requirements

- Ensure all distributor agreements / client documentation has met with all regulatory & compliance requirements on ongoing basis

Qualification - MBA - Marketing / Finance

Experience:

- 15+ years of experience of handling HNI or Ultra HNI Clients. Out of this, at least 7 years should be in PMS or AIF.
