National Sales Manager - Automotive (10-18 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- P&L ownership of Key OEM Accounts
- Independently able to develop new clients & build business
- Should have handled large top line, 10+ million USD preferably
- Work with CXOs & Sales Heads and senior management teams of Auto OEMs in India helping them leverage across platforms.
- Up-selling / Cross-selling.
- Work with cross-functional internal teams for timely deliverables to the client
- Understand client requirements and conceptualize how our range of product offerings can grow their business
- Forging strategic partnerships in digital space, marketing campaign execution, identifying opportunities for BD
- Managing the CPS (Cost Per sale) Business for respective account, if applicable
Required Skills :
- Grad / Post Grad. degree preferred from Tier 1 / Tier 2 college
- Preferably 10-18 years of experience in Consulting industry/ Investment Banking
- Very strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience aligning and driving cross functional groups
- Passionate about working in entrepreneurial set-ups and creating/ managing a business
- Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes.
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.
- Top notch communication skills to convey key insights from complex analysis in summarized business terms
- Results-driven and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
