National Sales Manager - Automation Parts (12-16 yrs)
- Meeting all OEMs and maintaining cordial relationship with them.
- Selection of right products based on specification sheet provided by customer, preparation and submission of offers, negotiating the orders and follow-up of issue of orders, co-coordinating with operations department for smooth execution of orders.
- Generate RFQs from customers that can give sustained long term profitable business
- Networks and closely work with local and global engineering teams to develop engineered solution and then promote them to customers to win the business.
- Have overall responsibility to not only win business to the defined levels but win it in line with defined profitability targets
- Provide constant support and daily track the ASMs/ KAMs/ Regional Managers and make sure every step is well thought, carefully prepared, and close on track; Assist in removal of barriers in achieving commercial success
- Product Base : Actuators, Valves, Vaccums, Pressure Switches, Air Separation Machines
- Must be selling to Automation driven organizations
- Reporting Authority : Managing Director
