Opening with an MNC for National Sales Manager role
We are looking from apparels and lifestyle industry for the profile of National sales manager with a reputed MNC based at Delhi.
Job Description :
- Plan and manage sales team and channel to achieve sales goal as per organization's strategy
- Lead nation-wide sales team to achieve annual sales targets.
- Handle Pan India distribution channel with about 50 distributors and through them manage network of more than 1000 dealers
- Ensure category and channel development happens as per defined target
- Conduct a thorough review of sales performance and analyse market trends and devise growth plan accordingly
- Manage and oversee daily operations of sales department
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual sales forecast
- Perform research and identify new market opportunities
- Carry out quality team development
- Liaison with marketing and planning department to ensure brand image and consistency
