National Sales Manager - Apparel & Fabric Retail

Job Role :

With this background we are initiating a search for National Sales Manager - Apparel & Fabric retail whose core job will be to define a vision for this channel, define set of strategic choices, define the roadmap of action plan, develop a team that can achieve the Vision and execute the agreed roadmap for next five years.

Educational Qualifications : Must be an MBA From A Tier 1 Institution

Experience Required :

- 7-10 years of experience in Sales & Business Development

- Ideally from Premium Beauty & Cosmetic Retail (e.g.Fab India Consumer Biz), Franchisee Led Businesses (like Asian Paints SLEEK or Raymond Lifestyle) or FMCG

- Should have significant experience in managing team and building teams

Essence of Role - Key Accountabilities :

- Developing a strategic vision & strategic choices for the channel

- Creating a business plan for the financial year for the channel

- Execution of agreed strategic choices

- Execution Of Agreed choices to achieve the business objective

- Timely reporting of performance against business objectives and strategic objectives

Role Complexity :

a. Cross Functional Coordination (SCM, Quality, Marketing)

b. Cross Organisational Coordination (Raymond Lifestyle & Apparel Sales, Retail, Visual Merchandising)

c. External Vendor Management (Promoter Agencies, Visual Merchandising Agencies etc- )

Functional Skills Required :

- Sales & Distribution

- Franchisee Management

- Shopper Marketing

- Visual Merchandising
