Candidate profile / Skills:

- Overall experience 15 years in distribution of Agriculture products through conventional channel sales

- Responsible for sales of 150 crores from Agriculture Vertical by executing business development programmes for Agriculture products

- Essential experience of Agriculture Submersible Pumps OR Submersible Pipes OR Submersible Switchgears OR core Agriculture consumables (seeds, fertilisers, tractors, micro finance products)

- Preferable experience of trade marketing schemes/pull-push programmes

- Mandatory experience of multiple profit centres/cost centres (sales organisation)

- Preferable experience of marketing/product management
