National Sales Manager - Agri Business (10-25 yrs)
Key responsibilities
- This position will be part of management team, responsible for setting up agri financing business from startup phase.
- Experience in selling retail and institutional/ corporate lending on commodities, warehouse receipts, agri / irrigation lending.
- To generate leads from Mandis, commodity exchange boards, warehousing and supply chain solutions companies, food processing companies.
- Develop new products and suggesting appropriate product mix to customers for desired performance.
- Maintain healthy portfolio with mix of small and enterprise to optimizing risk.
- Ensuring adherence to audit and compliance norms and requirements.
- Tracking competitors in terms of market share, delinquency, cost of acquisition, productivity, performance and overall economics and profitability.
- Work with stake holders in setting up cost effective process for sanction, documentation, disbursement, due diligence.
- To recruit, mentor, coach the manpower
