National Sales Lead - FinTech Startup

Job Description :

- We are currently retained by a leading finch startup that is a technology driven platform for Mutual fund investments that works in penetrating into semi urban India.

- The company has been launched by seasoned people from the industry with 20+ years of experience. Its a startup that is poised for high growth and is funded.

- Given their growth in the last few years, they are looking at capturing a bigger market share and thus looking for a strong and seasoned Sales Leader to join them to build a strong distribution network in India.

- This role requires someone who can build a strong distribution network across India and will be responsible for overall sales and business development for the organisation.

Responsibilities would include :

1. HNIs, Institutional sales, setting up and managing entire distribution channels and networks.

2. The person will also be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the entire sales workforce.

3. This is a leadership role and requires someone who can think of new strategic initiatives to increase the market share of Organization.

PLEASE NOTE : This role is ideal for an aspiring entrepreneur who doesnt want to make the complete leap for setting up on his own but still wants to work with a startup that can offer his unparalleled growth and opportunity.

To fit the bill, you must be an MBA from a decent B school with 7+ years of experience and meet the following criteria :

- Should have prior experience in Liability side (sales and Business Development)

- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.

- Eagerness to work with start-up and problem-solving skills.

- Product knowledge about mutual funds is must.

- Preference will be given if NISM ( Mutual Funds) or CFP done.
