- Lead the general trade channel. Plan and strategise with management team

- Set up the general trade channel. Distribution network has already been aligned with access to more than 1000 distributors pan India

- Our client is a leader in the small appliances category in the in the digital space now getting into the general trade channel

- Our client is growing at a very rapid rate and the core team comprises of people from some of the leading firms in consulting, and ecommerce space

Description :

- Lead and set up general trade channel

- Plan and strategise with leadership team

- Plan and implement trade schemes

- Forecasting

- Drive and manage revenue growth

- Initially IC role, will appoint 10 - 15 RSMs in time

Profile :

- Experience of Regional sales/ national sales manager in small appliances is a must

- PnL responsibility

- Drive, energy, initiative

- Passion to set up channel/ business from scratch
