Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years work experience.
- Engineering and MBA degree is essential.
- The role will directly report to country head/managing director and will be responsible for complete sales operation of Trodat India which includes components, customize, online sales and B2C sales. The role entails managing a team of 6-7 people which includes RSMs and CSRs.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and growing Components sales, a channel drive business, in India.
- This will include developing business in newer areas, creating more channel partners while maintaining relationship with the existing ones. Penchant to achieve target numbers in sales and collections is a must.
- Growing customize business in B2B and sales agents' mode. Involves driving team to create sales agents across the country and self-drive the B2B business development in BFSI segment.
- Completely responsible for managing and growing the online platform business for the Company in India (on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Trodat own portal).
- Manage a team of RSMs and actively drive them to achieve sales goals through adoption of best practices.
- Actively interface with marketing head in implementing promotional campaigns.
- Interfacing with supply chain and manufacturing heads in accurate sales forecasting
- Identifying new application segments for TMI product and services and execute strategies to achieve sales.
- Interfacing with country head for sales reviews and with counterparts internationally as and when required.
