National Sales Head - Radio (12-21 yrs)
We are looking for a National Sales Head - Radio for one of the largest Regional newspaper group of India based at Mumbai.
JOB DETAILS :
Location : Work From Home
Role : National
Reporting To : National Head Marketing
Reported by : Radio sales team - Corporate & Regional
Nature of the Role : Team Handling
Education : MBA/PGDM from a recognized institution
CTC : As per Industry Standard ( 60% Fixed, 40% Variable)
Industry : Media ( Regional Newspaper)
Exp : 12+ years professional experience in sales - Radio / TV . Experience in Handling National markets or Multiple Regions
Mandate : Relevant hands-on experience working with agencies and client.
Working Conditions : Regular, 6 days working
The primary responsibilities are as below, but is not limited to:
1. Annual Forecasts, Target setting and Target Reviews
2. Competitive mapping, Sales Forecasting, Market Analysis & Research
3. Team Management and Reviews - Daily Reporting with Teams
4. Monthly Reports,
5. Key account & Relationship Management
6. Territory Development, Brand Awareness
7. New client Acquisition - Generate Ideas to establish Enterprise Accounts/ Large Accounts to grow Radio sales
8. Team Trainings and Appraisals
9. Build & sustain long-term relationship with clients involving direct interaction, move the clients up on the value chain Devised branding solutions for clients using Radio, & Online platforms / Below the Line activities.,
