The Company :

Part of a 30 year old well established well diversified business group.

The Fintech business was established in 2012 with intent to become a significant player in the payment space. The company is a RBI PPI license holder- in the business of RUPAY reloadable prepaid cards, payments technology enablement and prepaid card co-branding.

The Job :

- Head corporate and reseller sales for prepaid rupay cards.

- Relationship management

- Manage a team of Sales Managers

- Maximize revenue generation from Sales

- Find new business opportunities

- Market mapping, research and preparation towards strategizing merchant acquisition.

- Define the roadmap, execution plans and success measurement for various opportunities.

The Candidate :

- MBA/Graduate with 8+ years' experience in similar role

- Must have good experience in Prepaid cards

- Good communication & computing skills

- Experience in payments space is preferred
