Head Offline Sales : Modern Trade - Channel Sales
- Define business goals with Order, Sales, Costs and GP targets. Define the business strategy in terms of solutions offering, alliances, target customers, marketing activities and resources.
- Identify and Set up distribution, retail and alternate channels for the product line up.
- Responsible for the achievement of the targets defined in the Business Plan.
- Hire and build offline sales team.
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales objectives through new customer acquisition, account mining and development.
- Gather Market Intelligence, track market share /counter share.
- Manage account reconciliation, channel partner agreements.
- Responsible for planning activations, in-store and out of store branding, deployment of marketing collaterals.
- Store promotor management - hiring, training, manage targets.
