National Sales Head - Key Accounts - Food Tech (8-16 yrs)
Position: National Head - Key Accounts
Location: Noida
Reporting: National Sales Head
Team: 15-20 Members spread pan India
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships for premium accounts across India through real-time connect with regional teams & clients
- Stakeholder management- Ensure engagement with and retention of clients- Cross-selling products to meet targets; developing and negotiating contracts
- Client interaction & presentations
- Facilitate KAM across locations through process improvements
- Responsible for organic growth (portfolio enhancement - up-sell) and new business lead generation
- Strategy building to drive active reference lead and business generation from the existing customer
- Proven experience and expertise in working with key decision makers in a high paced working environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate and self-motivated; able to take initiatives and drive execution
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
Desired candidate:
- Experience handling large clients in Foodtech industry preferred
- Experience in handling large regions and teams
- Excellent communication skills
- E-commerce B2B experience compulsory
