National Sales Head - Inside Sales

We are looking for :

- A leader with experience managing large teams of more than 200 salespeople.

- Hands-on professional accounting to PnL of the region/city.

- Hire, train, coach, and lead a telesales team across India.

- Grow demand for sales teams across geographies

- Support field sales needs in partnership with sales, product, growth and marketing teams.

- Leadership on territory planning and regional sales support.

Requirements :

- Past experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through telecalling teams.

- 8+ years of sales experience along with experience in managing a team.

- Effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders through strong communication skills.

- Extremely detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines

- A passion and strong understanding of retail markets.

- Experience with supporting both sales and pre-sales teams directly.
