National Sales Head - Men's Lounge Wear Brand ( GT Experience)
- Develop Distribution points which includes Creating, Developing, Retaining and Maintaining relationship with distributors.
- Budgeting, establishing goals, short & long term. Creating business plan to achieve it.
- Placing product in sync with global brand positioning for brand building at local level.
- Creating local exercise and activities for brand building efforts.
- Launching various scheme in assigned territory for brand awareness.
- Evaluate Area, Products and Individual performances
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Setting performance benchmark, roadmap to achieve it. Setting KRA and analysing it.
- Managing promotional events from conceptualization till completion of scheme.
- Managing P&L level responsibilities of the channel
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Should have handled a team of ZSM,RSM and ASM
- MBA in Sales and Marketing & Industry Skilled Professional
- Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
- Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
