Responsibilities : - Lead and supervise nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets - Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analysing trends and results. - Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products. - Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts - Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts - Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities - Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency - Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board Requirements : - Minimum 15 years- experience (pref food industry); proven work experience as a National sales manager - Experience managing a high performance sales team - Number savvy and should have the ability to analyse sales performance metrics - Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills - Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude - Availability to travel as needed - MBA
