The client is India's leading flexible packaging unit. They are one stop shop for multiple packaging solutions available at highly competitive prices. Their comprehensive range of packaging material is widely utilized in processes food, FMCG and several other industries.

They are the pioneering organization, which introduced the concept of packaging Edible Oils and Paints in tamper proof pouches. This led them to the enormous heights of success and helped us in earning goodwill in the domestic market. Today, they are counted amongst the most prominent providers of effective packaging solutions.

We are looking for a National Sales Head for their flexible packaging unit in Noida. The brief profile would be as under:

Title: National Sales Head

Experience: 10-15 yrs

Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Chemical) + MBA's

Role/Responsibility:

The incumbent would be responsible for:

- Identifying, commercializing and executing development projects with key accounts;

- Converting existing and new customer relationships on long-term contract sales;

- Developing and improving business processes to enable effective Production Planning;

- Providing inputs for preparation of Business Plan, Annual Budget and Forecasting;

- Managing achievement of annual targets.

- Negotiating and closing out long term contracts Identifying opportunities to maximize sales and expand customer base;

- Delivering enhanced contribution by driving volume of high margin VA (Value Added) Products and specialty products;

- Managing logistics, delivery of products and statutory compliance Driving both revenue and profit sales;

- Planning & Organizing Effectiveness

- Result oriented

Desired Profile :The Successful Applicant You must be a B.E /B.Tech (Preferably Chemical Engineering) with a management degree preferably from a top tier B-School.

You should have around 10-15 years of Sales Management experience. Experience of OEM/ Institutional Sales is a must. You must have good communication skills and should have a proven track record of achieving/ exceeding targets. Prior sales experience in Flexible Packaging, Plastic Films, Chemicals & Adhesive’s will be preferred.

Location: Noida

Compensation: Negotiable, approx range of 15-20 lac per annum + variables
