We have very urgent position in one of reputed fashion, lifestyle & accessories organization across the following location -

BASE LOCATION - Mumbai

OFFERED CTC - negotiable pa ; depending upon current CTC.

POSITION - National Sales Head ( Mgr / Sr. Mgr )

REPORTING - CEO

SPAN OF CONTROL - pan INDIA

INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE :-

1. Position Summary

The position holder will be responsible for formulating, implementing and directing the Sales strategy to meet with company's business objectives and strategies. To effective manage the Civil business, increase the market share and identify growth opportunities.
 
2. General Responsibilities : 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB : 

Business / Marketing strategies : 

- Facilitate to achieve annual sales target and to ensure a generative, sustained, consistent as well as predictable growth.

- To explore ways to improve brand visibility and awareness among target audience.

- To identify growth opportunities to expand business and increase market share.

Operation management : 

- To introduce/replace suitable product mix as per the need and demand of customers.

- Inventory planning to ensure the availability of right stocks within the parameters specified.

- Lead and direct Visual Merchandising functions to ensure effective implementation of marketing and visual merchandising activities as per corporate guidelines

- To ensure Receivables are within accepted norms.

- Tracking competition and designing suitable market intervention to reduce their influence.

- To provide market intelligence to corporate marketing

- Relationship building with Key Business partners to ensure smooth flow of Business.

- Communicate regularly with other departments to get updated information of product. Marketing, VM, training, retail and sales information to facilitate better planning, support and implementation of marketing activities and projects.

Employee Motivation : 

- To motivate and provide guidance to the team.

- To provide appropriate training to the staff, wherever necessary take HR intervention to provide 3rd party training.

Administration : 

- To Monitor and control spending within the assigned budget.

3. Job Experience & Requirements

Education : 

Post Graduate in Marketing.

Experience Requirements : 

- Hands-on with 3-4 years of working experience in similar capacity.

- 10 to 18 years of working experience in Sales Function

- Excellent market connection and in depth understanding of Civil Sales market;

- Has preferably experience with multi-brands, premium brands or other quality fashion related products.

Mobility/Travel : 

Frequent travel within India

Computer Skills : 

Frequent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Language : 

- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi. Knowledge of regional languages will be an advantage.

- Critical Job Competencies Requirements Description of competency

- Sales Solid experience in sales function with exposure to EBO, Dept. and Hyper channel, B2B Trade and Distribution

- Communication and presentation skills Excellent communication skills;

- Frequently interact with internal and external partners for collaboration, Negotiation for mutual agreement, problem resolution;

- Strong relating skills for building trustful partnership with internal and external business partners.

- Can do attitude / Leadership skills Innovative, energetic and results oriented, open minded and flexible in a fast-paced changing environment

- Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead the team and drive business calendar

- Business acumen Sensitive to market trend, comfortable to work on financial figures and numbers
