Job Description:
- Key responsibility of creating brand awareness in construction segment and getting the products specified through architects and consultants.
- Generate revenue through the established channel network.
- Establishing new avenues of business; OEM, retail, contractors.
- Handling key accounts, builders, architects and contractors.
- Leading a large national business team including State Channel Head, Industry/Project Head, HR Head, Marketing Head, Finance / Commercial Manager and SCM Team in ensuring the overall profitability.
- Collaborating with the senior management in ascertaining organizational business/ financial health based on review of various status reports
- Evaluating team performance & rendering productivity enhancement feedback. Organizing training sessions for team members based on identified training needs
- Grooming and mentoring potential leaders in the team to take up future leadership roles in the organization
