These are long term programs which aim to bridge the gap between International education and the Indian board education through a curriculum which is focused on developing all 3 critical areas of IQ, CQ( creative quotient) and EQ (Emotional quotient) so as to upskill todays children for the complex world where they will step into after their education. The objective is of creating an education firm which goes beyond the current edtech world of Tuitions

Job Description

The National Sales Head will be a Head of Department Sales for beyondskool, managing the entire sales team and sales operations, and reporting to the founder. The incumbent will be responsible for setting up multiple channels in sales including field sales, outbound operations, leading sales team and managing the entire P&L, with a strong focus on driving sales and optimizing operations. (S)he will have a team of Sales Managers/ Team leaders and work closely with the founders and Management to drive business objectives. The person will be required to set up a multi city , multi-channel, multi-product operation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end of the business goal including set-up to operations and sales, with overall P&L responsibility

2. Work with founders and business development team

3. Set up and manage sales channels and sales team.

4. Recruit individual Sales managers and TLs.

5. Drive sales targets for each store, meeting individual and collective business targets of Sales, Profitability and Brand awareness.

6. Optimize and manage operations at Channels to ensure service levels and maintain supply chain efficiency and meet operational working capital cycle targets

7. Manage entire sales team

Desired Skills and Expertise:

1. 7+ year experience as Senior Mgmt/Leadership in sales ie. National Sales / Regional sales / operations manager in FMCG/FMCD/Financial services/Edtech business.

2. Experience of building and managing large and diverse teams

3. MBA from top 10 B-School only

4. Changing environment
