National Sales Head - Digital Media (10-16 yrs)

Ad sales manager role in Mumbai for a dynamic and result-driven professional having an experience of 10+ years in Digital Media sales/Ad sales / Digital sales wherein you would be responsible for creating business opportunities in the Non-Metro markets across the country from scratch at National level .

You will be responsible for driving the revenue targets & growing the Y-O-Y yield for the assigned regions and categories.

Responsibilities:

- Creating business opportunities in Non Metro markets across the country from scratch

- Driving the revenue targets & growing the Y-O-Y yield for the assigned regions/categories

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and agencies at all levels, keeping track of their marketing strategies and digital spends at a for designated regions.

- Recruiting, training, mentoring and managing teams across non metro regions

- Identifying new streams for revenue growth across markets and developing sales strategies basis current trends.

- Forging strategic partnerships in digital space, executing marketing campaigns and identifying business development opportunities.

- Creative planning and strategizing for brand's advertising solutions as per business requirements, facilitating the process of successful execution and delivery of mobile campaigns, front-ending all kind of business queries and maintaining client & agency relationships.

Requirements:

- Post Graduate in MBA /PGDM (Marketing) with 10+ years of Digital Ad Sales/ Digital Media Sales, Sales & New Business Development/ Digital Partnerships experience working in a media sales organization

- Experience with media sales, media relations, media planning, client management or digital media.

- Hands-on experience in new business development and on-boarding brands and agencies (like GroupM, OMD etc.) for In-App advertising opportunities on the platform, providing innovative and creative ad formats with a good regional reach and traction.

- Excellent presentation, oral communication skills and relationship building skills.

- Good industry knowledge; target oriented individual with outstanding sales aptitude and business knowledge.
