Position : National Sales Head Location: Jasola, Delhi Experience : 15+ Years CTC : 24 - 36 Lakhs (Plus Variable Bonus Based on Performance) Candidates from Travel/ Hospitality Industry May apply. Role: PLANNING & REVIEW a) Leading nationwide sales team members to set sales targets, for premium brands represented by the company b) Strategic planning for innovative business ideas for category and Revenue growth c) Passenger mix, Earnings and Revenue target planning for category and regions- By segment, account type, customer groups, city wise, destination, ships, etc. d) Planning for large key accounts along with National Sales Manager e) Monthly review with Regional Managers and Area Sales Managers - of all performance KPIs and action plans of the team f) Promotion planning and budgeting g) Incentive Planning and review h) Interfacing with the marketing team for product / segment wise requirements i) Manpower planning and identifying further requirement. j) Broad Expenses planning & budgeting k) Be the custodian of Revenue and pricing management for the category and take pricing decision within a certain price band by each segment OPERATIONS a) Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets b) Strategic Customers relationship management,- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts c) Independent and direct handling of few high potential / priority accounts d) Escalation management - internal and external e) Negotiate and close agreements with select large Group / high potential / high ARR customers from time-to-time f) Field visits to develop and maintain team motivation and interact with customers g) Close supervision of the Sales Support team at HO h) Monitor response time and interact with ops team for joint reviews of response breach points and solutioning i) Ensuring high quality filtered and targeted databases are available to the team for business development COACHING a) Sales team motivation, Performance Appraisal and review, counseling and training b) Coaching the key Ops team interface from time to time c) Providing inputs in internal training programs for company personnel and indirect staff. REPORTING a) Ensuring all India reports on category from Regional and Area Sales Managers b) Providing qualitative feedback to top management c) Presentations at regional and all India review meets.
