National Sales Head - Liquid Inks

We are looking for a National Sales Head (Chemical Division) based at Noida, for a Multi-Billion dollar MNC with integrated operations from manufacture of Polyester chips, Films (BOPET, BOPP and CPP - both in plain and metalized form), Coated Film, Laminates, Pouches, Holographic films Gravure cylinders, Inks and adhesives to all types of packaging & printing machines, offering total flexible packaging solutions, with a formidable market presence in over 85 countries.

This position would be at AGM / DGM level and will:

- Lead and manage the sales team,

- Be responsible for managing and growing the sales of Liquid Inks all over India,

- Engage with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement sales strategies to ensure budgeted sales growth targets across all Service lines are achieved and exceeded

The ideal candidate would be a Sales professional with :

- MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferably from a reputed Institute)

- Graduation- B.Sc in chemistry

- 15 + years of industrial experience .

- Preferred experience in flexible packaging industry

- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team

- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

- Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor
