National Sales Head - Chemical Manufacturing

National Sales Head for a leading Chemical Manufacturing Client.

Location: Chennai

Education: BE/BTech (Full Time)

Experience: 15-22 Years

- Chemical/Ink/Speciality Chemical/Resin/Coating/Epoxy/Adhesive/Additive Sales Only

- Looking for candidates who have at least 15-22 yrs experience of handling PAN India Sales of Chemicals and who have handled teams. Prefer someone with background of handling Specialty Chemicals on PAN India basis.

Responsibilities :

- Meets Sales Targets

- Track competitor sales, distribution, pricing.

- Adding new customers and dealers wherever required.

- Efficient in handling team.

- To grow market share.

- Pricing management, Increase net contribution value.

- Sales Planning, production planning and inventory management.

- Sales Management experience for direct and dealer sales.

- Team management.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

- Ability to make good presentation will be an advantage.

- Pricing & Analytical skills.

- Strategic thinking.

- Good execution experience.
