About the role: - Managing Distributor & Channel Partners across the country for sales and business development of high-voltage cables and wires. - Appointing and managing new Distributors; who have exposure to cables and can scale up the regions quickly - Nurturing the relationship and business with distributors for their long-term association with the company - Leading a large team of Regional and Area Sales Managers - Formulating, developing, and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure the attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through. - Driving business and ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving /surpassing sales targets; expanding the business reach and creating new sales/leads opportunities - Leading the expansion of the distribution network and accomplishing a steady increase in sales year after year. - Designing, implementing, and monitoring strategically focused sales plans that create advantages for both the company and business partners. - Create and analyze sales reports, and projects and also quantify channel partner's pipeline and forecast, identify issues contributing to success or shortcomings and take corrective action.
