National Sales Head/Business Unit Head - BFSI/Internet/eCommerce (20-25 yrs)

What does this role hold for you ?

- The National Head - Sales will lead a team of City Heads, to sell Primary properties through Direct sales Teams.

- The person will be responsible for Revenues of the Business, and the Business Margin (revenue less sales CTC less marketing costs less seating costs). This will involve maintaining the teams at current size, by hiring to back-fill from the market, and manage attrition to low levels.

- The National Head - Sales will be expected to review performance of all cities and work with the City Heads to ensure monthly revenue targets are met.

- He will also liaise with Marketing and Technology functions to ensure adequate inputs to the Sales Teams from these functions.

- The role will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be based out of Gurgaon.

Apply if you have :

- 20+ years of work experience, with a meaningful part in managing Direct Sales (Real Estate Broking, Credit Card sales, direct selling of insurance, Telecoms)

- Basic knowledge and understanding of Real Estate products, and preferable some experience of the same

- Strategized and executed company level sales plan and responsible for P/L for Primary sales

- Ability to maintain & analyze the competitors- product & new activities in the market.

- Preparing short/long term plans to counter them

- Played a national / large regional role in the past (to demonstrate bandwidth to manage a team spread across the country)
