National Sales Head - Business Development & Ad Sales/Branding - Mobile Media Firm (11-15 yrs)

Reporting to: CEO and Co-Founder

Required job Specifications/Key Responsibilities:

- Handling the Pan India team of 15 pax and driving revenue growth to meet target expectations.

- Building market intelligence and directing the team to grow the revenue share.

- Ensure Customer success.

- Drive National ad sales strategy, business development, and key accounts management.

- Responsible for pan India targets for direct sales; Generate & exceed assigned revenue targets per month.

- Execute & establish any new media solutions across platforms that are developed by the organization in the market to the key target clients across regions.

- Pitch & cultivate large new key accounts in Pan India.

- Drive annual deals, negotiate, and finalize deals.

- Drive, Build, and Support business for Programmatic and Tech Solutions.

- Work strongly with major clients and advertising agencies with decision-makers and Key influencers.

- Contribute towards increasing sales team productivity.

- Defining Sales targets, allocation to the sales team, and closely monitoring the team's progress.

- Closely work with the CEO and Co-Founder of the company to drive revenue growth.

Required Candidate Specifications:

- Preferably a Graduate with a PG qualification in PGDBM / PGDBA or MBA.

- Prior experience in team handling is a must.

- Minimum of 12 -15 years of Digital Ad Sales.

- Existing relationships with large advertisers & media agencies is a must.

- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.

- Team Person & Go-getter with a hands-on sales approach.

Required Aptitude & Skill Set:

- Customer focus approach with Strong planning ability & timely execution as per the set plan.

- Strong competitive analysis and knowledge of the latest trends and happenings in the digital ecosystem.

- Good understanding of good understanding of Analytics, Programmatic Platforms, and Attribution Platforms like Appsflyer/Adjust/Branch, etc. Digital data tools like comScore, Google Analytics, Similar Web, App Annie, etc.

- Thorough problem-solving abilities & negotiation skills.

- A go-getter with a hands-on sales approach.

- Sound interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead and influence teams.

- Entrepreneurial spirit & Talent management capabilities.

- Capable of leading the team by constantly motivating them and leading by example.
